1. Scope and acceptance
These Terms of Service apply to all purchases and use of OkayGameStore services for digital game top-ups and digital goods.
OkayGameStore is operated in Myanmar. By creating an account, placing an order, or using this website, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by our security failure.
We may suspend access where required for fraud checks, security controls, legal compliance, or abuse prevention.
3. Orders, delivery, and product use
We sell digital goods only. Delivery can be instant or delayed depending on provider availability, upstream systems, verification checks, and order risk screening.
You must provide correct player ID, account identifiers, and other requested details before checkout. Incorrect information may cause failed or misdirected delivery.
We are not responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect information provided by the user. Support may assist recovery where technically possible, but recovery is not guaranteed.
4. Pricing, payment, and fraud controls
Prices, availability, and provider routing may change without notice. The final payable amount is shown before you confirm purchase.
Fraud, abuse, chargeback abuse, unauthorized payment use, and misuse of promotions are prohibited.
We may reject, hold, or cancel orders that trigger fraud-prevention checks or violate these Terms. Where funds are already captured, handling is subject to the payment and refund policy below.
5. Refund and purchase policy
Because products are digital and typically delivered quickly, orders are generally non-refundable after successful delivery to the specified game account or digital destination.
Refund requests for undelivered, duplicate, or technically failed orders may be approved after internal review of transaction records and provider response logs.
Refunds are not guaranteed for user input errors such as incorrect player ID, wrong server/region, or other account details submitted during checkout.
6. Prohibited activities
- Using false identities, stolen payment methods, or fake account details.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt platform operations.
- Creating repeated chargebacks for legitimately delivered digital goods.
- Using the service for unlawful activity, money laundering, or sanctions evasion.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OkayGameStore is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost in-game progress.
Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the affected order, except where law does not allow this limitation.
8. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections under applicable law.
If a dispute arises, both parties should first attempt to resolve it in good faith through support channels before formal proceedings in Myanmar.
